At Auvana, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Auvana DeepRest™ earplugs, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
  • Used items are accepted, as we understand the product needs to be tested for comfort and fit

Refund Processing
